Tiny Forest Cooking School

About

About the books

Tiny Forest Cooking School is a picture book series for ages 4–8. Benny the bear and his forest friends cook, make mistakes and laugh, and every story ends with a real, kid-friendly recipe to make together.

Read it, then cook it together

Every book is 40 full-color pages. A short, funny story about a small kitchen mistake is followed by the real recipe from that story, so a child can cook the very dish they just heard about. Recipes use US cups and spoons with grams, and every step that needs an oven, a stove or a knife is marked for a grown-up.

The author

Ruslan Pazii is a dad who loves cooking with his daughter. Their evenings in the kitchen — flour on the table, a pie that didn’t quite work, laughing about it together — became the best part of the day.

Tiny Forest Cooking School grew out of those evenings: a way to share the same small joy with other families. Read a funny story together, then cook the very dish from it — and remember that in the kitchen, a mistake is just the start of a discovery.
